Return and Exchange Guarantee
We want to make sure you get the books you need as quick as possible.
At books for music, we are dedicated to getting you the right material for your musical journey. You are entitled to an exchange or refund for a number of valid reasons outlined below. Contact us within 30 days of the items being received to see what we can do for you.
The wrong book
If you have accidentally ordered the wrong book, post the package back to us and we can order an exchange for the right book or a refund.
If you have received the wrong book, we apologise - email to let us know and we will organise a return label and post the correct book out to you.
Damaged books
If you received damaged or mishapen books, contact us to receive a return label and we will replace them. We may ask you to provide some photographic evidence. Please note that some editions may be older stock if they are at the end of their print run. You are always entitled to a refund if it is unsuitable.
